Causes of hair fall and its home remedies
Most of us think that hairfall is mostly due to excessive use of chemicals like shampoo , oils ,or  any other hair care products but they are not the only reason. Hairfall also depends on our nutrient intake , exercise , lifestyle , diet , hormonal changes etc.
Hairfall before timing i.e in the early age is know as androgenic allopecia. This results in cleaning of hair lines in males and thining of hairs in females.
And in telogen effluvium hair becomes thin and start falling. All this is due to stress or hormonal changes .

Causes of hairfall

  • Lifestyle - our lifestyle mainly affect the growth and hairfall. Lack of diet and exercise with proper sleep ,pollution ,etc increases the chances of hairfall . Also excessive use of certain chemical cosmetics like shampoo ,oil ,gels, creams etc result in the hair loss
  • Diet -like other body part in our body our hair also requires the proper nutrient if it can't be fulfilled by our diet then it starts falling.
  • Hormonal changes - hormonal changes in our body also results in hair falls like in the decrease of thyroid secretion i.e hypothyroidism , in anemia i.e decreased quantity of blood, and auto immune disorders 

Measures to prevent hairfall

  • Exercise- many reserchers proved that hairfall is mainly caused by stress thats why one hours of exercise help your mind to stay stress free and improve your blood circulation in hairs which overall result in improving your hair growth.
  • Diet- hair growth mainly depend on the essential proteins , vitamins like vitamins A , vitamin B complex , vitamin C , vitamin E and iron . Thats why diet with this essential vitamins and proteins help your hair to grow better.many woman face the problems of hairfall after pregnancy due to lack of iron , calcium and protein in starting 3 month of breast feeding thats why doctors prescribe them diet which have good amount of iron , clacium and vitamins
  • Chemicals - excess use of chemical on our hair increase the chances of hairfall. also hot air is not good for our hair so try to minimize the use of hair dryers etc and also for colouring hair you have to choose a wise hair dye.

Home remedies

  • Boil hibiscus ( red flowers) in the coconut oil till the flower become black . And apply this oil on your hair daily. It will help your hair to grow better.
  • Take the mild massage of vitamin E oil in the night and wash it in the morning .
  • Soak fenugreek seeds ( methidana) overnight. After that make its paste with some curd and use it as a hair mask for upto 2 hours. After that wash it with mild shampoo. It will make your hair thick and long.
